Prudential Standard APS 240 Risk Management of Credit Card Activities

Banking Act 1959

 

I, Wayne Byres, delegate of APRA, under subsection 11AF(3) of the Banking Act 1959 (the Act) REVOKE Determination of Prudential Standard APS 240 Risk Management of Credit Card Activities, including Prudential Standard APS 240 – Risk Management of Credit Card Activities made under that Determination.

 

This instrument takes effect upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Interpretation

In this Determination:
