1              Name of Instrument

                This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Declaration 2008.

2              Commencement

                This Instrument commences immediately after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the International Trade Integrity Act 2007.

3              UN sanction enforcement laws

                For subsection 2B (1) of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945, each provision mentioned in an item in Schedule 1, being a provision of a law of the Commonwealth mentioned in that item, is specified as a UN sanction enforcement law.
