1 Name
This is the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment (Levy Amounts) Regulation 2015.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Omit “$3 573.12 plus $24.05”, substitute “$2 740.62 plus $18.56”.
2 Subregulations 4(4) and (5)
Omit “$24.05”, substitute “$18.56”.
