This regulations amends the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Regulations 1987 to prescribe matters relating to the performance of the role of a Public Interest Advocate. It also updates existing Forms 1 and 2 (telecommunications interception), Form 6 (stored communications) and creates a new Form 7 (journalist information warrant).
