This determination amends the Australian Passports Determination 2015 and the Foreign Passports (Law Enforcement and Security) Determination 2015 to remain consistent with amendments to the respective Acts contained in the Passports Legislation Amendment (Integrity) Act 2015 (commencing 8 October 2015), as well as some other minor unrelated amendments.
