This determination provides an allocation system for low power open narrowcast licences (LPONs). It revokes and replaces the Radiocommunications (Broadcasting (Low Power Open Narrowcasting) Transmitter Licence – Allocation) Determination 2001 without making any significant changes to the regulatory arrangements created by the 2001 Instrument.
