This regulation amends the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011 and the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Regulatory Levies) Regulations 2004 to implement the outcomes of the review of the Wells Regulations.
