1.         This instrument is the Veterans’ Affairs (Modified Repatriation Private Patient Principles - Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests) Instrument 2006.

 

2.         This instrument commences when the Repatriation Private Patient Principles (Instrument 2015 No. R33) commences.

 

Note: the Repatriation Private Patient Principles commence on the day after registration.

 

3.         The Repatriation Private Patient Principles (Instrument 2015 No. R33) is modified in accordance with the following table:
