(Paragraphs 050.613A(1)(b) and 051.611A(1)(c))

 

 

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraphs 050.613A(1)(b) and 051.611A(1)(c) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

 

1.         REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 12/114 signed on 20 November 2012 (F2012L02201); and

 

2.         SPECIFY for paragraph 050.613A(1)(b) and 051.611A(1)(c) of the Regulations, the following class of persons:

 

a)      any person granted a Bridging E (Class WE) visa (subclass 050 or 051) under section 195A of the Migration Act 1958 (the Act).

 

This Instrument, IMMI 15/026 commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
