1                 Name of Declaration

                   This Declaration is the Superannuation (PSSAP) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration 2008.

2                 Commencement

                   This Declaration commences on 1 July 2008.

3                 Definitions

                   In this Declaration:

approved authority has the same meaning as in the 2005 Act.

2005 Act means the Superannuation Act 2005.

4                 Authorities or bodies declared under subsection 8(3) of the 2005 Act

             (1)  An authority or body listed in Schedule 1 is declared under subsection 8(3) of the 2005 Act to be an approved authority for the purposes of the 2005 Act.
