This instrument amends the List of Threatened Ecological Communities (16/07/2000) by updating the name and description of the Weeping Myall – Coobah – Scrub Wilga Shrubland of the Hunter Valley to the Hunter Valley Weeping Myall (Acacia pendula) Woodland, including in the list in the critically endangered category, Hunter Valley Weeping Myall (Acacia pendula) Woodland and deleting from the critically endangered category Weeping Myall – Coobah – Scrub Wilga Shrubland of the Hunter Valley.
