EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Authority for making the instrument.  Academic Board and Committees Statute 2014, paragraph 6.1(i).

 

 

2. Purpose and operation of the instrument.  The Order specifies the holders of certain offices that are to be regarded as members of ANU College Executive Committees for the purposes of paragraph 6.1(i) of the Academic Board and Committees Statute 2014.

 

 

3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference.  None.

 

 

4. Consultation process.  The Vice-Chancellor of the University approved the Order on the recommendation of the Academic Board.
