This regulation details key requirements for borrowing institutions approved under the Protection of Cultural Objects on Loan Act 2013. Details include the consultation, publication and claims handling requirements and information to be included in the annual report to the Minister, and extends the range of services included in the definition of protected persons by prescribing the service of exhibiting an object in Australia and provides details regarding the maters the Minister must consider when deciding whether to approve a borrowing institution.
