This instrument replaces the Radiocommunications (Analogue Speech (Angle Modulated) Equipment) Standard 2005 without making any significant changes as the 2005 Standard is due to be automatically repealed on 1 October 2015, in accordance with Part 6 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
