These principles deal with the classification of care recipients, specifically the procedures for determining classification levels for care recipients receiving residential care or residential care provided as respite care, care recipients that do not require classification (care recipients in a multi-purpose service), the classification levels for care recipients being provided with residential care or respite care, appraisals of the level of care needed for care recipients,how if an approved provider has been suspended from undertaking appraisals the provider may make an application for the lifting of the suspension, and the date of effect, expiry and renewal of classifications.

Quantity and Options

The standard production is either A4 or B5 size, conforming with the original document specifications, with a cardboard cover and stapled or perfect bound depending on the number of pages in the document. The covers are produced in black and white and, if 144 pages or more, will have the title on the spine.

There are number of options available at an additional cost that can be selected when placing an order. The drilling option provides either the standard 4 hole pattern on A4 size copies or the Commonwealth legal 4 hole pattern on B5 size copies. Other options are wire or comb binding, a celloglaze or vellum cover, or with colour pages printed in colour. Delivery can be by normal or express post or you can collect your order at the LitSupport Offices in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia or Queensland. There are also options available to request special cover artwork or courier delivery. Some options will require you to contact LitSupport (TIMG) first to discuss your requirements and request a quote.
