1  Name of determination

                   This Determination is the Social Security (Declaration of Visa in a Class of Visas – Special Benefit Activity Test) Determination 2014.

2  Commencement

                   This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

Class of visas

                   For the purpose of subparagraph 729(2)(g)(i) of the Social Security Act 1991, a class of visa is Subclass 449 (Humanitarian Stay (Temporary)).
