This determination amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010 (No. PB 93 of 2010) to remove one drug carbomer with triglyceride lipids from F1 and places it on the single brand combination drug list, adds one drug telmisartan with amlodipine to F2 by removing it from the single brand combination drug list.

1              Name of Determination

         (1)   This Determination is the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Amendment Determination 2014 (No. 5).

         (2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 47 of 2014.

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on 1 July 2014.

3              Amendment of National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010

                Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010 (PB 93 of 2010).
