I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for Communications make the following instrument of revocation under subsection 63 (6) of the Telecommunications Act 1997.

1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Carrier Licence Conditions (Optus Mobile Pty Ltd) Declaration 1997 Instrument of Revocation 2014.

2          Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3          Revocation

The Carrier Licence Conditions (Optus Mobile Pty Ltd) Declaration 1997 is revoked.

4          Expiry

This instrument expires on the day after it commences, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.
