ASIC Class Order [CO 14/25]

This class order revokes ASIC Class Order [CO 00/44] as the comfort relief provided by that class order is no longer necessary. ASIC considers that electronic disclosure documents and electronic application forms can be distributed in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 6D without the relief provided by Class Order [CO 00/44].

Enabling legislation


1.       The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) makes this instrument under subsection 741(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.




2.       This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 14/25].




3.       This instrument commences on the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

4.       ASIC repeals ASIC Class Order [CO 00/44].
