Reason for Rectification

To move the definitions of "apron", "ATS provider" and "ATS training provider" in Part 1 of the Dictionary to their correct alphabetical positions as they were incorrectly positioned during the compilation process.

To move the definition of "foreign type certification basis" in Part 1 of the Dictionary to its correct alphabetical position as it was incorrectly positioned during the compilation process.

To move the definition of "light sport aircraft" in Part 1 of the Dictionary to its correct alphabetical position as it was incorrectly positioned during the compilation process.
