Logbook Determination (Particular Fisheries) 2013 No. 2

Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Total Allowable Catch Determination 2012

 

This Bill/Legislative Instrument is compatible with the human rights and freedoms recognised or declared in the international instruments listed in section 3 of the Human Rights (Parliamentary Scrutiny) Act 2011.

 

Overview of the Bill/Legislative Instrument

The instrument determines the total allowable catch for quota species in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery for the 2012 fishing year.
