This determination amends the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Fixed Licence) Determination 1997 and repeals the legislative instruments that underpinned the spectrum licensing framework for licences in the frequency range 27.5-28.35 GHz and the frequency range 31-31.3 GHz.
