Sex Discrimination Amendment (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Intersex Status) Commencement Proclamation 2013

I, Quentin Bryce AC CVO, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Intersex Status) Act 2013, fix 1 August 2013 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
