This regulation amends the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995 to prescribe, for the purposes of paragraph 13(1A)(b) of the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989, circumstances whereby a controlled substances licence will not be required where SGGs are used in a manufacturing process that does not result in the emission of the SGGs.
