This instrument revokes the Recognition as Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2007 (No. 5) and provides for the recognition of the Northern Land Council as the representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body under subsection 203AD(1) of the Native Title Act 1993 for the Northern Northern Territory Region for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2015.
