General Comments: This plan will cease to have effect on 30 June 2023, unless revoked sooner or replaced with a new Management Plan.The notice was not resolved and lapsed when the Parliament was prorogued. Under subsection 42(3) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, the instrument is deemed to be tabled in the House that moved the motion on the first sitting day of the new Parliament.
