SLI 2012 No. 280 Regulations as made
This regulation repeals and replaces the Federal Court of Australia Regulations 2004 and the Federal Magistrates Regulations 2000 with a consolidated regulation for proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia (other than under the Family Law Act 1975), which makes provision for court fees and other matters provided for in the repealed regulations.

General Comments: This regulation was originally made under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 and the Federal Magistrates Act 1999 and from 1 September 2021 is made under the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021 and the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 (see Schedule 1, Part 1, item 1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Legislation (Consequential Amendments and Other Measures) Regulations 2021).
