Part 1          Preliminary

1.               Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 9).

2.                       Commencement

These Rules commence on the day after registration.

3.                       Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010 (No. 2)
