An accredited voluntary arrangement under this instrument as in force immediately before the repeal of the Product Stewardship Act 2011 has effect as if it has been accredited under the Recycling and Waste Reduction Act 2020. An application for accreditation of a voluntary arrangement that was made under this instrument but has not been finally dealt with before the repeal of the Product Stewardship Act 2011, has effect and may be dealt with under the Recycling and Waste Reduction Act 2020.
