This order amends the Civil Aviation Order 82.3 - Conditions on air operators' certificates authorising regular public transport operations in other than high capacity aircraft (12/12/2004) and applies the established standards and rules for the use of electronic flight bags in Civil Aviation Order 82.0 to regular public transport operations by foreign aircraft Air Operators' Certificate holders using other than high capacity aircraft.
