1              Name of Proclamation

                This Proclamation is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Ashmore Reef National Nature Reserve) Amendment Proclamation 2012 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Proclamation commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Amendment

                Schedule 1 amends the Proclamation—Ashmore Reef National Nature Reserve made on 28 July 1983 (Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No. F2007B00729) as amended.
