This instrument revokes the Higher Education Support Act 2003 - Other Grants Guidelines (Research) 2010 (DIISR) and sets out the purpose and programs under which grants may be made for research and research training under subsection 41-10(1), items 7, 8, 10 and 11(b), Part 2-3 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

General Comments: Transitional Arrangements: The revocation of the Other Grants Guidelines (Research) 2010, dated 10 November 2010, does not affect the validity of a payment or decision made under those guidelines. A decision made under those guidelines is taken to continue to have effect as if it were made under these Guidelines.

Quantity and Options

The standard production is either A4 or B5 size, conforming with the original document specifications, with a cardboard cover and stapled or perfect bound depending on the number of pages in the document. The covers are produced in black and white and do not have the title on the spine. Different binding options are available at an additional cost, these options can be selected below. The drilling option provides either the standard 4 hole pattern on A4 size copies or the legal 4 hole pattern on B5 size copies.
