1              Name of determination

                This determination is the Classification (R 18+ Computer Games) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This determination commences on 1 January 2013.

3              Amendment of Classification (Advertising of Unclassified Films and Computer Games Scheme) Determination 2009

                Schedule 1 amends the Classification (Advertising of Unclassified Films and Computer Games Scheme) Determination 2009.
