                This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Amendment Declaration 2012 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Amendment of Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Declaration 2008
