1          Name of Instrument

 

(1)           This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment August 2012 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).

 

(2)           This Instrument may also be cited as No. PB 56 of 2012.


 

2          Commencement

 

This Instrument commences on 1 August 2012.
