This instrument revokes the adoption of one Australian Capital Territory recovery plan and adopts two New South Wales plans, one Queensland plan, two South Australian plans, one Tasmanian plan and three Western Australian plans, as recovery plans for listed threatened species and ecological communities.

(2000). Recovery Plan for the Pygmy Bluetongue Lizard Tiliqua adelaidensis, Environment Australia, Canberra (see F2007B00401).

Instrument Adopting Recovery Plans

 

I, DEBRA JAYNE CALLISTER‑CARTER, Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Branch, delegate for the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities:

 

(a)        pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby revoke the following recovery plan currently in force under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999:

 

-          Milne, T., Hutchinson, M. and Clarke, .S. (2000). Recovery Plan for the Pygmy Bluetongue Lizard Tiliqua adelaidensis, Environment Australia, Canberra.

 

(b)        under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as recovery plans for the listed threatened species and ecological communities specified below, the respective plans made by New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, and Western Australia (or agencies of those States) specified opposite those listed threatened species and ecological communities:
