1              Name of Declaration

                This Declaration is the Superannuation (CSS) (Eligible Employees — Exclusion) Amendment Declaration 2012 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Amendment of Superannuation (CSS) (Eligible Employees — Exclusion) Declaration 2003

                Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation (CSS) (Eligible Employees — Exclusion) Declaration 2003.

ACECQA (short for the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority) has the same meaning as in the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 (Vic).
