Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997

The AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA AUTHORITY makes this Determination under subsection 9 (1) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2012.

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on 1 July 2012.

3              Revocation of Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2007

                The Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2007 is revoked.

4              Carrier licence application charge

                The amount of charge imposed on an application for a carrier licence under section 52 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 is $2 076.
