1              Name of regulation

                This regulation is the Business Names Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This regulation commences 28 May 2012.

3              Amendment of Business Names Registration (Fees) Regulations 2011

                Schedule 1 amends the Business Names Registration (Fees) Regulations 2011.
