This determination amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010 (No. PB 93 of 2010) to add one listed drug, amlodipine with atorvastatin to F2 which previously sat in the single brand combination list but with the listing of a second brand it moves the listed drug into F2.

1              Name of Determination

         (1)   This Determination is the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Amendment Determination 2012 (No.3).

         (2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 30 of 2012.

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on 1 June 2012.

3              Amendment of National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010

                Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010 (PB 93 of 2010).
