This determination revokes the Health Insurance (Patient Episode Initiation) Determination 2011 No. 1 due to the Health Insurance (Patient Episode Initiation) Determination 2011 correcting an omission in the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations pending an amendment to the Pathology Service Table Regulations. The Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1) effective 1 May 2012 amended the relevant patient episode initiation items.

1.    Name of Determination

This Determination is the Health Insurance (Patient Episode Initiation) Revocation Determination 2012.

2.    Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 May 2012.

3.    Revocation

This Determination revokes the Health Insurance (Patient Episode Initiation) Determination 2011 No. 1.
