This regulation amends the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999 to increase the licence application fees by 4% to take effect on 1 July 2012 in line with the Labour Price Index (excluding bonuses) as at 30 September 2011.

1              Name of regulation

                This regulation is the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This regulation commences on 1 July 2012.

3              Amendment of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999

                Schedule 1 amends the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999.
