Under Section 269P of the Customs Act 1901, I, David Mulcair, a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer declare that the goods specified in Column 1 of THE TABLE are goods to which the item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in Column 2 of THE TABLE applies.  This Order shall have effect from 27.10.11 and continue in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Act, or the date, if any, specified in Column 2.

PELLETS, polypropylene homopolymer, complying with International
Organisation for Standardization standards ISO 178:2010(E), ISO
1133:2005(E) and ISO 1183-1:2004(E), having ALL of the following:
  (a) density NOT less than 890 kg per cubic metre and
      NOT greater than 910 kg per cubic metre;
  (b) melt flow rate NOT less than 34 g/10 min and
      NOT greater than 42 g/10 min;
  (c) flexural modulus NOT less than 1 200 MPa and NOT greater
      than 1 400 MPa

Note:  This TCO commences on 27 October 2011 and ceases on
       30 June 2012
