This order repeals the Australian Meat and Live-stock to the Republic of Indonesia) Order 2011 (No. 2) so animal welfare issues relating to the export of live-stock to the Republic of Indonesia will now be regulated under the Export Control (Animals) Order 2004. This is amended by the Export Control (Animals) Amendment Order 2012 (No. 1) commencing on 1 March 2012.

1              Name of Order

                This Order is the Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry (Export of Live-stock to the Republic of Indonesia Repeal) Order 2012.

2              Commencement

                This Order commences on 1 March 2012.

3              Repeal

                The Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry (Export of Live-stock to the Republic of Indonesia) Order 2011 (No. 2) is repealed.
