Plans/Management of Sites & Species as made
This instrument revokes the adoption of six Tasmanian recovery plans, four Western Australian recovery plans and one Australian Capital Territory recovery plan, and adopts two New South Wales plans, one South Australian plan, three Queensland plans, eight Tasmanian plans, nine Victorian plans and four Western Australian plans, as recovery plans for listed threatened species and ecological communities.

General Comments: Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 - section 269A - Instrument Adopting and Revoking Recovery Plans (NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA) (19/01/2012) revokes the following Recovery Plans with effect from 10/02/2012: English, V. Instrument Adopting Recovery Plans

 

I, DEBRA JAYNE CALLISTER‑CARTER, Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Branch, delegate for the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities:

 

(a)        pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 and subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby revoke the adoption of the following State recovery plans:
