Plans/Management of Sites & Species as amended, taking into account amendments up to Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2011

This Plan, together with the Fisheries Management Act 1991 under which it is made, establishes the framework for the management of the Heard Island and McDonald Islands Fishery. The Plan sets out the objectives of the Plan, the measures by which those objectives are to be attained, and performance criteria against which the measures taken may be assessed. Among other regulatory measures, the Plan establishes a system of statutory fishing rights.
