These Regulations amend the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998. The Regulations increase the 2012 levy for licences granted or renewed in the Fishery from $2,895.59 to $3,089.01 per licence ($193.42 increase/licence).

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998

                Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998.
