I, KEVIN RUDD, Minister for Foreign Affairs, make this Determination under subregulation 5 (2) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Iran) Regulations 2008.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Iran) (Export Sanctioned Goods) List Amendment Determination 2011 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Amendment of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Iran) (Export Sanctioned Goods) List Determination 2008

                Schedule 1 amends the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Iran) (Export Sanctioned Goods) List Determination 2008.
