I, PENELOPE YING YEN WONG, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, make this Determination under subsection 20 (3) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability (Abolition of 3 Special Accounts) Determination 2011/15.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences at a time which is in accordance with section 12 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
Note In accordance with subsection 22(1) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act), which applies to determinations made under subsections 20(1) and 20(2), this Determination is not required to be tabled before both Houses of Parliament – for five sitting days - for it to take effect. This Determination takes effect upon the first moment after the day upon which it is registered.
3 Definition
In this Determination:
Special Account has the meaning given by section 5 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.
4 Abolition – Schedule 1
Each Special Account mentioned in Schedule 1 is abolished.
