This Class Order amends ASIC Class Order [CO 10/630] to provide relief from the operation of the current long term superannuation performance reporting requirements that are proposed to be refined by proposed amending regulations, and extends the maximum period of operation of Class Order [CO 10/630] for a further twelve months, to allow additional time for the proposed amending regulations to be made.

Enabling legislation

1.       The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument under paragraph 1020F(1)(c) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).

2.       This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 11/554].

 

Commencement

 

3.       This instrument commences on the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Variation
